be a featured speaker at the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2008, the
most prestigious and premier forum for leaders in government, business and academia
in Asia and other countries. The event is being graced by China\'s President, Hu
Jintao who will be joined by some of the most prominent figures in global politics
and business, including Kevin Michael Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia, Michelle
Jeria Bachelet, President of Chile, Pervez Musharraf, President of Pakistan,
Fredrik Reinfeldt, Prime Minister of Sweden, Colin Powell, Former US Secretary of
State and chief executives from some of the largest corporations in the world. This
eighth BFA Annual Conference 2008 will be held between April 11th and 13th in the
town of Boao, Hainan Province, China.

The BFA, a non-government, non-profit international organization, Initiated in 1998
by Fidel V. Ramos, former President of the Philippines, Bob Hawke, former Prime
Minister of Australia, and Morihiro Hosokawa, former Prime Minister of Japan, was
formally inaugurated in February 2001. The forum is committed to promoting regional
economic integration and bringing Asian countries closer to their development goals.
Illustrating the principles of the World Economic Forum, BFA provides an opportunity
for global thought leaders to share their vision on the most pressing issues in
Asian economies and the world at large.

The 2008 conference is significantly marked as China highlights its 30th anniversary
of the introduction of the Reform and Opening Up Policy, a major milestone in China'
s history, and one that set the country on the course to its current economic
success. The theme for this year's event: Green Asia, Moving towards Win-Win through
Changes, is aimed at bringing forth the challenges and opportunities influencing the
region's environmental future and how the private sector can contribute to improving
the environment.

Speaking on the topic "The Future of Internet - Web 3.0" Mr. Sinha will be exploring
Web 3.0, the next information network, which will supersede Web 2.0 to select and
distribute knowledge intelligently. Lee Kaifu, President, Google Greater China,
Yoon-Woo Lee, Vice Chairman & CEO, Samsung Electronics, Martin Lau, President,
Tencent Holdings and Neil Shen, Founding & Managing Partner, Sequoia Capital China
will join Mr. Sinha on a panel to examine Web 3.0 as a mechanism which enhances
virtual infrastructure and the extent of its impact on Asian economy and the
creative and intellectual capabilities of its people.
